You have 14 days to return your purchase. The product you wish to return must be sent back in an undamaged condition, along with the order number.

Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost is non-refundable.

If the product you ordered has a defect, you can definitely file a complaint. Please send us a form containing the order number, the name of the person who placed the order, and a detailed description of the defect/damage.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Complaints are processed within 14 days of us receiving the package. Decisions are sent to the email address provided in the form.
